Meet The Founders

TAC Adventures is an option for giving our brothers and sisters working in civil service a break from reality to relax with us while Cape Canaveral fishing.”– TAC Adventures Founders

TAC Adventures is family owned and operated—founded by Terence Curran, a New York Fire Department firefighter, ex-captain, and advanced emergency medical technician, and his wife, Jaz, a Winter Garden Police Department police officer. Terence is currently the chief operating officer of The Amphibious Group.

TAC Adventures provides a friendly, comfortable experience to encourage you to charter a second or third trip and tell your friends and family about your adventures onboard The Current. The Currans are parents who prioritize safety for their family and yours. Our goal is to treat you like family.

Our Vessel, The Current

You can indulge in Cape Canaveral fishing or a day of family fun on The Current. The design of our modern vessel focuses on safety, comfort, and fishing. There is plenty of room to relax while transporting your catch back on our return.

Safety

TAC Adventures meets all required US Coast Guard Standards for safety and equipment.

We take safety to another level with these measures:
  • Advanced Life Support Bag
  • First aid kit and Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
  • All captains are first aid, CPR, and AED certified
  • We keep life jackets onboard and require them for kids under age 16.
